Pembroke is located with the scenic outdoor of gorgeous plantations and the flowing canal.

With detailed interior décor of crafted dark wood furnishes, the layout of the plan is spacious and decorated in a minimalistic style that captures modern interior design. The design is a comfortable compromise between dark traditional wood furniture and neutral cream colour and soft browns. This immaculate Cape Town Waterfront apartment offers all the modern luxuries you need for a relaxing stay. With a large screen plasma enclosed in a beautifully finished cupboard, comfortable seating on classic couches, a dark wood dining table for four and a sliding door that takes you onto the patio with an amazing view. On the opposite side, the spacious glossy-white modern kitchen contains numerous cupboards and drawers for order, an induction stove top with extractor, with cutlery and crockery for six.

The en-suite Master bedroom has a queen size bed also blended with soft browns and cream sitting on a cream carpeted surface. It encloses the elegant bathroom with a stylish and large white bathtub, with an extendable showerhead and a single toilet. On the table, there’s a quaint double sink fronted by tall mirrors. All this shows that it indeed is a Cape Town luxury apartment.

The V & A Waterfront holds some of the biggest and most lavish stores in Cape Town and around the corner is the cosmopolitan city’s location. Here one can find exceptional restaurants of all cultures of the world, from Europe, Asia and back to African. You can also find designer boutiques from our local fashion designers or fashion outlets world renowned, South African craft outlets, bookstores and bars. In Green point, there’s the trendy Cape Quarter, housing some of the best South African design and lifestyle shops, cocktails bars and award winning restaurants. There is also the Green Point stadium, the Cape Town stadium that held the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup matches.
